The service at the reception was top-notch, and they even surprised me with a birthday courtesy. The bathroom was a highlight, with super soft towels and a plush bath rug. we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, super close to the bus and metro stations. Plus, there was a supermarket right across the street. Everything in the old city center was within walking distance, and I even took a short 30-minute bus ride to the beach. The staff went above and beyond what was expected of them, providing excellent service and being very helpful and professional. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from.

Despite the less than satisfactory structure of the hotel-building, with thin walls that allowed noise from outside to be easily heard, the staff here waited more than an hour. However, they did their best to ensure a pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this place to families.

The hotel's central location allows for easy access to the city's attractions, including the nearby park and the beautiful Turia garden belt. The room we stayed in had a good location, making it convenient for walking or accessing public transportation. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast was enjoyable.

Other 4-star chains I've stayed in offered additional facilities such as a spa, gym, and complimentary amenities, which were not available at this hotel.

The New Year celebration package was worth it - we received complimentary champagne and party favors. The hotel's location near the city center and public transportation made it easy to explore the area. We appreciated the free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

Our room was a bit chilly, despite adjusting the temperature. The maid knocked on our door to clean the room at 8 am, which was a bit early for us on vacation.

This hotel is in an amazing location, right in the center of town. Everything is within easy walking distance, including the Metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with great views. The only complaint is about the lack of storage space in the room. The sliding doors by the fridge limit the available shelf space, making it difficult to store clothes and leaving the suitcase on the floor.
