This hotel had a good location being close to the city center and all the festive markets. The hotel was quite clean and the room was spacious, our whole family of four was comfortable in it. The hotel also offered free breakfast in the morning which made things quite convenient.

The room had a tired and old bathroom, which could have done with an update. One issue we had was the rate at which our room heated up - it was terribly slow and even with it turned up fully, it still felt cold.
