During my stay at a hotel in Dambulla, I was amazed by the stunning architecture and breathtaking views. The room I stayed in was spacious and beautifully furnished, providing a luxurious experience. The staff were extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The buffet dinner offered a wide array of delicious options, and the food was of excellent quality. One highlight of my stay was the opportunity to witness local live music in the evening, creating a truly immersive cultural experience. Additionally, the hotel's infinity pool overlooking the lake was a true gem. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and mesmerizing stay.

The property is absolutely breathtaking, nestled in the midst of nature with stunning views. A tour of the property revealed fascinating initiatives undertaken to create a sustainable and eco-friendly hotel. The buffet meals were great, offering a wide range of delicious options at surprisingly reasonable prices. The staff was helpful and friendly, ensuring a pleasant experience.

On arrival, there was a lack of explanation regarding amenities, pools, dining arrangements, and Wi-Fi. Limited information was provided in the room, and the minibar was not stocked as promised.

I recently stayed at the beautiful Heritance Kandalama for two nights on a surprise birthday trip for my husband. The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere. We enjoyed cycling through the jungle and the nearby village, as well as indulging in the best massage at the spa. The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of high-quality food. The service was excellent, with well-trained and extremely helpful staff. The hotel's architecture blended perfectly with the rocky hillside, creating a truly unique experience. The in-room wifi was also reliable, even in bad weather.

Stunning design and location. The hotel is beautifully built with a nice pool. Located on a beautiful lake with great swimming pools.

Definitely no longer a 5-star hotel. No effort is being made to keep the hotel in good condition.

What an incredible stay at this jungle hotel. The location is breathtaking, surrounded by nature and wildlife. The staff were so attentive and accommodating. The retro chic rooms offer amazing views and the shared spaces are truly unique. The facilities, including the gym, pools, and bar, were perfect for relaxation. We enjoyed being immersed in the beauty of the jungle and had a fantastic time exploring nearby attractions like Polonnaruwa and Sigiriya. The hotel truly thought of everything, from live music to the buffet dinner, making our experience unforgettable.

The hotel at the top of the hill offers beautiful views. I loved relaxing by the pool, but the limited number of sun loungers was a bit frustrating. The food was good, but not always authentic. a unique and natural holiday destination.

I had the most incredible stay at this hotel. The inside outside feel gave it a unique and captivating ambiance, like something out of a Bond film. Surrounded by lush jungle, I instantly felt calm and relaxed. The staff were simply amazing - they went above and beyond to make my husband's birthday special, singing happy birthday and surprising him with a cake. The food at the buffet restaurant was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. I would highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back.
