The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They made sure that I had a comfortable stay and were always available to assist with any queries. The hotel itself was beautiful, with a nice restaurant and a great view of the ocean. The bed was very comfy, and I loved waking up to the sights of the ocean, trains, and the busy traffic of Database. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

My stay at the lovely Ocean hotel in Colombo was fantastic. The hotel had a smart, clean, and modern design, and the room was very nice with a great bathroom. The walk-in shower was awesome and the view of the Ocean and Coast railway from the room was breathtaking. The staff was very attentive and welcoming, adding to the overall experience. On top of that, the rooftop bar with its fantastic views over the Indian Ocean and Colombo served excellent food as well.

The Ocean Colombo is a spectacular hotel with a breathtaking view of the ocean from the rooms. The proximity to facilities, restaurants, and tourist attractions is great. The hotel is clean, offers a good breakfast, and has a satisfactory staff. The restaurant staff, including Dulsie, Gayani, and Subash, were very polite. The chief, Mr. Arun, took care of us and prepared a variety of delicious Indian vegetarian breakfast options. Our stay at this hotel felt like being home. Thanks to staff like Dulsie, Gayani, and Subash, our stay was very memorable, enjoyable. We are eager to come back soon.

I had a pleasant stay at The Ocean in Colombo. The oceanfront property provided easy access to various restaurants and seaside cafes, where I could relax and enjoy the brilliant views of the sea. The staff was courteous and check-in was quick. Despite some minor drawbacks like small and noisy rooms due to the nearby train, I still had a lovely time. I would recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to major attractions, providing easy access for sightseeing. The rooms, like room 705, offer a delightful view of the sea and the nearby rail track. The cleanliness of the rooms and the well-maintained bathrooms make for a comfortable stay. The staff, particularly Upendra and Mr Jamal Deen, are friendly and attentive, ensuring a positive experience for guests. The rooftop bar provides a relaxing environment to unwind and enjoy drinks.

One negative aspect is the disturbance caused by the cleaning staff repeatedly knocking on the door, insisting on cleaning even when check-out time was scheduled for noon that day.

The ocean view from the room is stunning. Beds are incredibly comfy. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious. The staff, especially reception and breakfast staff, are welcoming and friendly. Their driver is fantastic and has a great sense of humor.

The hotel we stayed at was a great value for the price, offering a comfortable and clean room. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was simple yet good. We loved that there were complimentary items included during our stay and that the location was convenient for getting around the city.

The hotel was a bit far from the town center and the traffic on the road leading into town was heavy. It made it difficult to get around and explore the surroundings as much as we would have liked.

The hotel I stayed at was in a great location, right in front of the ocean. Compared to other places in the area, it was the perfect spot. There was even a veg Indian restaurant nearby, which was a bonus. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was nice. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was delicious. I also enjoyed the stunning sea view from my room. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a water kettle, mini fridge, and TV with good reception.

I did encounter an issue with ants in the room, which was a bit of a problem.

The restaurant staff, Subash and Dulsie, provided EXCELLENT customer service that went above and beyond. The chef was able to accommodate our taste preferences. The laundry service by Jerome was exceptional with quick and prompt delivery. The hotel staff, including the receptionist, bell boy, and room service, had great hospitality skills. The beach view was breathtaking, and my daughter enjoyed playing there. The hotel location was perfect, close to the city center and with many amenities within walking distance. The travel desk was experienced and helped us plan our stay. The room had a great view, and the rooftop restaurant was perfect for watching the sunset. the hotel provided an incredible experience and was the best comfort hotel we've stayed at.

We had an amazing stay at The Ocean in Colombo! The hotel is located near the beautiful coastal area, offering breathtaking views. The staff, especially Dulsie at the breakfast cafe, were extremely welcoming and provided excellent service. We also booked tours with Mr Sujith, who took great care of us. The hotel was clean, the rooms spacious and comfortable with stunning sea views. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with plenty of options. The rooftop bar, served by Janaka, had an amazing view and great cocktails. Thank you to all the staff for their kind assistance!
