During my Christmas stay, the hotel was in a fantastic location, right in the center of a small Swiss village. The rooms were cozy and we had a stunning view from our top floor room of the snow-covered mountains. The hotel also had a lovely fire in the lounge/dining area which added to the charm of our stay.

The service at the hotel was not up to par. The staff seemed disinterested in our needs and didn't seem to care about our holiday experience.

The hotel also offered free bicycles for exploring the surrounding area, which was a great advantage.
