The location of this place is fantastic, as it is conveniently near the train station and just a short walk to the boat terminal. I found it incredibly convenient to explore the town on foot. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit and even showing me a shortcut to reach the train station in just a few minutes. The restaurant provided a generous buffet breakfast and they were even willing to let guests take a cup of coffee to go. The rooms were spacious and modern, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment.

We loved being right next to the train station and within walking distance to all the landmarks. The breakfast had a variety of food options and the staff in the restaurant cooked eggs, pancakes, and waffles to order. we had a pleasant experience staying at this hotel.

Traveling by train, the location of the hotel couldn't have been more convenient. It was just a short walk to popular tourist sights, shopping, and even a McDonald's and Starbucks. The hotel staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of gourmet quality food. The newly renovated design double room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities needed for a pleasant stay. If we return to Luzern in the future, we would definitely choose this hotel again.

The value for money at this hotel was great and the room size was good. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the train station and within walking distance to Chapel Bridge, old town, and many nice restaurants. The staff, especially Alwin, made me feel very warm and provided excellent service to everyone.

The morning meal could be improved by offering basic facilities like an electric kettle with tea bags and providing water and glasses. Additionally, room delivery should be provided without requiring additional payment.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff at Continental Park was excellent - they were knowledgeable, supportive, and always had a lovely smile. They took the time to guide us about the tourist attractions in the area. The breakfast, especially the service provided by Supervisor Mr. Tom/Thomas, was exceptional. He personally came to our table every day to check if everything was fine and even offered us special eggs. The room service was also excellent - our room was always cleaned, packed, and curtains opened for natural light. We extended our stay because of the excellent staff and their service. The hotel's location next to the train station and the old town was super convenient. The room was quiet, and the price was appealing compared to other options in the area.

I had a fantastic stay at a design hotel in a central but quiet location. My room, located under the roof, had a unique and playful design that I absolutely loved. The bathroom with the walk-in shower was a highlight. The hotel is situated on a quiet side street, close to the railway station and just an 8-minute walk from the Chapel Bridge. The staff was friendly and caring, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Additionally, the in-house Bellini Locanda restaurant served delicious Ticino cuisine. The breakfast buffet, offered at a reasonable CHF10 per person, was a great deal. The hotel even provided free and reliable wifi, as well as complimentary tickets for public transport. I highly recommend this comfortable and conveniently located hotel.
