We had a fabulous stay at Hauser Hotel! The large room was incredibly comfortable, with a cozy bed and even a table in the corner. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the surrounding area. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing, with a variety of delicious pastries and traditional Swiss breakfast items. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and spoke great English. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in St. Moritz!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we especially appreciated the vibrant atmosphere with a lot of young people. The staff was extremely helpful, willing to assist in any way they could. We were impressed that they allowed us to keep our belongings near reception while we were hiking, even after our check-out. Additionally, the location was really convenient. It was only a 15-minute walk from the central station or just one bus stop away. We loved that it was close to the mountain car that took us to the highest mountain in the area, allowing us to have an unforgettable hike down. Lastly, the fact that the staff spoke English fluently made our stay even more enjoyable.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean and well-equipped bathrooms. The friendly and helpful staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The delicious breakfast is a great way to start the day, and the view from the balcony is simply stunning.

There were some issues with the pillows being too soft and the lack of temperature control in the rooms, which led to some discomfort during the night.

Our room was uncomfortably hot with no air conditioning. Noise from the intersection outside the room was a disturbance.

The hotel staff were charming and helpful, upgraded our room, comfortable bed, nice bathroom and shower, good service and food in the restaurant, delicious breakfast.

We had a fantastic time during our recent holiday. The complementary shuttle from the train station was a great way to start. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the town and taking in the stunning views. The hotel provided us with a holiday card which gave us discounts on local food and activities which was a very thoughtful touch. The rooms were spacious and immaculately clean, and the staff were friendly and always helpful.

We really can't think of any negative aspects of our stay. Everything was just perfect, and our time at the hotel helped to make our holiday truly memorable.
