Ibis provided a very comfortable and clean room with a modern design. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the usb port on the bed frame for charging my smartphone. The bathroom was spotless with plenty of hot water. The staff, especially the cleaning lady and receptionist, were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing clear instructions and answering all my questions about transportation and directions. I would highly recommend this hotel for all types of travelers visiting Geneva.

Helpful staff stored luggage for free and provided public transportation cards. Clean room with practical design. Breakfast included fruit, croissants, juice, and coffee. Convenient location with a nearby supermarket. Informal concierge and free travel pass were a nice touch.

As women travelling alone, we found the location of the hotel to be perfect. It was within easy walking distance from the train station and had convenient access to the airport. We felt safe and secure during our stay.

During my stay in Geneva, I had a great experience at a conveniently located hotel. This hotel is perfect for those who want to be close to the train station with reasonable prices, great service and basic amenities. The rooms are well designed and the bed is very comfortable. The shower is also a plus and breakfast is included in the rate.

No major issues to report, all was good.

The hotel was conveniently located close to Geneva Railway station, making it easy to explore the city. The waterfront and Cern were also within reach, allowing us to enjoy the scenic views and visit important sites. Our room had a great advantage of being right next to a building terrace, offering a pleasant view. The bathroom was small but the shower area was spacious, and the room had useful features like USB charging ports.

The aircon could use an update, but it did not impact our overall stay.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel’s location was central, making it easy to get around and explore the city’s attractions. The room was quite small and lacked necessary amenities such as tea and coffee making facilities. The heating system was not the best, resulting in a bit of cold air in the room.

The best aspects of my stay at this hotel were the comfortable beds and the convenient location. The beds were so cozy that I had a great night's sleep every night. Additionally, I enjoyed the option to buy drinks and snacks from the reception whenever I needed a little pick-me-up.

There were a couple of things that I disliked about my stay. the hotel is situated on a main road, which made it quite noisy, especially with the window open.
