We stayed at the apartment at the top floor of Lestelle - Self Check-In. The staff was helpful and even assisted us with our luggage. We were allowed to check in earlier and the room was spacious with great facilities. The location is convenient, just a quick walk from the train station. The check-in process was smooth, and we even received a free transport card for the canton of Luzern. The hotel also provided free Wi-Fi, which was a nice bonus.

Being situated right in the center of the ancient city allowed me to easily explore all that Lucerne had to offer. As a solo traveler, the size didn't bother me much and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Lastly, the fact that the hotel is located above a Japanese restaurant was a nice surprise. I had the opportunity to enjoy delicious ramen without having to go far. It added to the overall experience and made me feel like I was still out exploring the city even while I relaxed in my room.
