The villa at this hotel was absolutely stunning with a large private pool and spacious, clean rooms. The bed and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the smart TVs made it easy to watch our favorite shows. The breakfast service was top-notch, and all the staff were lovely and attentive. We also loved the beautiful property grounds, which were well-maintained and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.

There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was a very bright light from the aircon temperature control screen in the room that couldn't be turned off or covered, which made it difficult to sleep.

The services provided were outstanding, especially the villa host Elle who was incredibly nice and helpful. The food at the Thai restaurant, Saffron, was of incredible high standard and Sands, the Western restaurant, was also great.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the cleanliness of the grounds to the large TVs in the rooms that had chromecast for streaming our own content. The staff was exceptional, providing excellent service and making us feel right at home. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!
