As youngsters, we loved the variety of pools and the beachfront location. The gardens were stunning and there were plenty of activities to keep us entertained. The breakfast selection was impressive and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We felt completely happy with our stay, no complaints.

I was amazed by the luxury and exclusivity of this hotel. The service provided by the staff was outstanding, and my needs were attended to promptly. I especially enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, with its incredible massage and steam room. The outdoor swimming pool was also a highlight, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only issue I experienced was the slow service at the restaurant by the beach during lunch hour. However, the food was of excellent quality and well worth the wait.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful hotel in Hua Hin. The setting was stunning, with a beach just steps away and lush gardens surrounding us. Our Deluxe Suite was exquisitely appointed, and the balcony provided breathtaking views. The staff were attentive and the food at the restaurants was exceptional, especially the Japanese and Thai options. The Club Lounge facility was definitely worth the extra cost. We have already visited this hotel three times and highly recommend it.

The property itself was stunning, with beautiful gardens and excellent amenities. We particularly enjoyed staying in the one bedroom villa with a pool. The staff were always smiling and went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel also had easy access to the town, making it convenient for exploring the area.

With its convenient location in the heart of Hua Hin, this hotel allows for easy access to the city's attractions, making it a great choice for young holiday goers. The hilarious moment when Rudolph photobombed our pictures added a touch of fun to our stay. Although swimming in the ocean was not recommended, the view from our room in the old wing with a sea view was breathtaking. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the service provided by the staff was exemplary. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, satisfying every palate.

Loved the Club benefits - free water, laundry, and lots of snacking events. The staff even brought me food from outside, so convenient! And in-room dining? Lazy breakfasts in bed are my kind of thing!

Oh, the bathroom was a charming mix of old and tired, rotting shower screen and all. So much character!

The location of the hotel was superb, with a tranquil and pretty pool on the beach in a Colonial garden setting. The evening cocktails and canapés by the pool were a perfect way to unwind after a busy day of business meetings. The higher class breakfast buffet impressed with its great variety and class food. The rooms were well furnished and comfortable, and the bathrooms, although in need of an upgrade, were still acceptable. The service was attentive and informative, with the staff always wearing a smile. The facilities, such as the couples spa treatment and kids club, added to the overall experience.
