The hotel had great breakfast options which were enjoyed alongside a beautiful design. The hotel is situated in a convenient location, close to transportation and shopping options. The room was spacious, fitted with brand-new furniture and featured a cozy atmosphere.

The air conditioning system did not cool the room to my satisfaction and the available English news channels were very limited. although the staff was friendly, their English was not very fluent, which caused some minor communication issues.

The room at Chuan Chom The High Resort was exceptionally clean, and the staff was available to help us with our suitcases up the staircase. The breakfast, although American motel style, was fine. The beautiful, well-manicured Bonsai trees added a nice touch. I also appreciated the free snacks, a pleasant surprise.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, being close to the bus and train station. This made it easy for us to explore the area and it also meant that getting to and from the hotel was a breeze. Additionally, the hotel was situated in town, which provided us with plenty of parking options. The room we stayed in was of a good size and had comfortable furniture. The property itself was well-maintained and had a stylish and comfortable atmosphere.

The staff's limited proficiency in English made communication a bit difficult at times.
