crystal bay beach resort in lamai beach exceeded my expectations. the staff were polite and the restaurant had a great variety of dishes. the location was ideal, right on the beautiful beach.

The location was good for us, with a beautiful view and beach. The kitchen chef at Crystal Bay Resort was excellent, serving very good lunch and dinner. There was a mini market conveniently located nearby.

We were impressed with the location, as it was so close to the beach that we didn't need transportation. The beach itself was incredible, with no rocks in the ocean unlike Silver Beach. The breakfast offered multiple choices and was perfect. The staff were English-speaking, friendly, and very helpful.

Located right on the beach with amazing views. The breakfast was included and was really great with plenty of food options. the staff was quite friendly and always ready to help us out. One of the best things was the free shuttle service to the nearby town.

The room was not what we expected, it was pretty old and not very well maintained. The air conditioning wasn't working properly, which made for a somewhat uncomfortable stay.
