During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and the option to have unlimited tea and coffee throughout my stay. The hotel's location near local restaurants and shops was very convenient for me. the staff provided excellent service by printing out documents that I needed and assisting with any phone calls.

Some guests were quite loud in the early morning hours, knocking on doors and smoking in the corridors. Although the hotel staff took care of the issue by moving me to another floor, it was nonetheless bothersome.
