Beautiful design, spacious rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

The spacious room and rain shower were delightful. The beach was stunning and the lawn chairs offered a great view with shade. The staff treated me like a VIP and were incredibly helpful. I also had a fantastic spa experience.

The new resort is modern and comfortable, with well-designed spacious rooms and incredibly comfortable beds. The pools offer beautiful sunset views, and the gym has everything needed for regular workouts. Breakfast is extensive, and the staff ensure everything is perfectly clean. A pleasant stay with hopes to return one day.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The value for money was great, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, with a beautiful beach and two stunning swimming pools. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Had a great Xmas break at an amazing resort. Loved the stunning beachfront location and the availability of watersports. Enjoyed the swim-up bar and cocktails by the pool. The rooms were fantastic with great amenities and the spa was top-notch.

Breakfast could have been better with limited vegan options and poor quality of food. Location was a bit remote with limited dining options nearby.

My recent stay at Grand Mercure was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the calm and beautiful design of the resort. The staff was attentive and spoke impeccable English. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a nice shower and good quality towels and linens. I loved that my room led directly onto a long rectangular pool, and there were also main and toddler pools available. The free-form pool connecting to everywhere within the property was a unique and enjoyable feature. The food at the resort was superb and reasonably priced, and the pool bar was a joy, especially during happy hour. The smoothies for the kids were a hit too. I appreciated the convenience of having a kids club on-site, as well as access to indoor bowling and billiards at Graceland on a rainy day. The resort also had a minimart and a fantastic Thai restaurant nearby. The location, just a short hop into Khao Lak and about an hour from Phuket airport, was convenient and the hotel was able to arrange transportation for me. I had a wonderful experience and I would definitely return.

While I loved everything about the property, there were a couple of minor issues. Secondly, there were some challenges with getting pool/beach towels, as they ran out on a couple of occasions.

The luxurious amenities at this hotel were exceptional - the Spa & wellness centre provided a relaxing full body massage and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers on the sun terrace had a beautiful garden area and shallow end. The staff at the restaurant and bar/lounge area were helpful and the dinner and packed lunches provided were of high quality. The private facilities in the room were exclusive and the location was easily accessible with beachfront access.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, there was only one minor issue to note. The number of sun loungers at the beach and pool area was limited, making it difficult to find a spot unless you arrived early.

We had a great time at this hotel with our young daughter. The location was perfect - right on the beach and not far from the Night Market where we enjoyed a fun evening. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. We also loved the facilities, especially the pool and kids club.

There was a shortage of sunbeds which made it difficult to find a spot by the pool or beach.
