Beautifully designed hotel with excellent facilities, including a stunning 31st-floor swimming pool and jacuzzi. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a balcony offering a pleasant view. Conveniently located near a shopping center and within walking distance of the beach. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.

Located just a short 5-minute walk away from the hotel, Terminal 21 offers a beautifully designed shopping center with a variety of dining options. The water park area provides a fun experience for families, with its 31st-floor swimming pool, hot jacuzzi, and jacuzzi in the women's lockers. The rooms are comfortable, with soft beds, pillows, and quilts. Guests can also enjoy the breathtaking view from the balcony.

The water park access management could be improved, as guests are currently required to wear wristbands.

The facilities were exceptional with a range of amenities, including a pool, kids club, and game room. The bathroom fixtures were of high quality, with strong water flow and instant temperature control.

Xmas at this hotel was unforgettable! Best aspects were the great variety of breakfast options and the fantastic pool area with stunning views. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the local attractions and shopping areas. We also appreciated the complementary wine and chocolates in our room - a lovely touch!

The hotel provided exclusive amenities that made my stay here feel luxurious. The service was excellent, from the enthusiastic staff to the systematic operations. The breakfast was great and the room was comfortable with exclusive advantages. The onsen was a must-try and the water park was safe and fun for kids. The hotel also featured a Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and swimming pool with a poolside snack bar.

Although my stay here was mostly positive, there was one minor issue. The amenities in the bathroom, such as the soap and shampoo, were a bit small and could have been larger.

The water park at Grande Centre Point Space was a thrilling experience for my kids. They had a blast sliding down the fast slides, and the free entry included with our room was a great perk. Breakfast was also a highlight with a wide range of delicious options.

Modern facilities, friendly staff, efficient check-in, quick baggage delivery, well-managed property.
