We had an amazing stay at Melia Koh Samui. The hotel staff, including the front desk, breakfast hostess, and concierge, were all friendly and attentive. The spacious and comfortable rooms, especially the ones with pool access, were a highlight. The breakfast buffet at Breeza and the Level Lounge was one of the best we've had, with great food and service. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a beautiful beach and pools. The location is convenient, with restaurants and shops within walking distance. we highly recommend Melia for a memorable stay.

Stunning! From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for a treat. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great wifi. The pool area was amazing, with a saltwater infinity pool and water slides that the kids loved. The kids club was fantastic, with a game room, toys, and a children's play area. The beach access was convenient, with sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided. The fitness studio was well-equipped and the spa offered a range of massages. The activities available, such as table tennis, billiards, canoeing, and yoga classes, kept us entertained. The restaurant served delicious meals, including a children's menu. The continental breakfast was a great way to start the day. The staff even provided a welcome drink upon arrival. an incredible stay with top-notch facilities and service. We can't wait to come back!

The boat suite we upgraded to was spacious and unique, with a separate living area and a terrace on the upper deck. The bed was incredibly comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel provided free wifi, kayaks, and snorkels, which added to the experience. The beach restaurant served delicious food, although it was a bit pricey. The breakfast spread was also very good. The outdoor pools were big and refreshing. The location of the hotel was convenient, with only a 10-minute drive to Chewang, Bophut, and the airport. We also enjoyed the nearby massage places. we highly recommend Melia for a wonderful stay in Koh Samui.

I stayed in a lovely quiet area with some very nice restaurants nearby. The hotel was directly on the beach by the boathouse and had a great view of the sea. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom, although not modern, was very clean. The staff were friendly and professional, and the service was prompt and efficient. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the food from the beachside restaurant was excellent. There were two pools to choose from, both in beautiful surroundings. the location and facilities made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The prices at the hotel restaurant were quite high compared to other places nearby.

Free fruit basket and welcome drink on arrival. Stunning views of the beach and surrounding area. We loved how close we were to the local shops and restaurants, it made it convenient for us to get what we needed.

Very dated decor and furniture in the room. The bathroom was not very clean and the shower was broken.

Luxurious amenities, excellent service, and stunning views made for a wonderful stay. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with a range of massages and treatments available. The outdoor swimming pool was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The restaurant served great food with a buffet breakfast available.

The hotel is located a bit far from the main attractions, although it does offer a shuttle service to the beach. However, there was some minor construction noise during our stay, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

Premier rooms excellent choice. Beach very good. Boat House wonderful and unforgettable. Choeng Mon small and quiet tourist village with several restaurants and shops. Hotel management improved bad experiences.
