I had a great stay at Jomtien Palm Beach Hotel And Resort - Sha Extra Plus. The breakfast was delicious and the pools were very nice. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an incredible vacation at a resort close to the beach and a long esplanade with plenty of amenities. The staff provided exceptional service, cleaning the room daily and accommodating our needs. Our favorite place was the large swimming pool with a separate pool for kids, plenty of sun loungers, and a lawn area to relax on. The breakfast buffet was diverse and included both Asian and Western cuisine. We especially enjoyed the fruit selection.

Although the hotel location was fantastic, the room could use a bit of refurbishment.

Great value for the price, with an excellent location just steps away from the beach, shops, and restaurants. The Thai breakfast and fruit selection was delicious and refreshing. The poolside clean towels were a nice touch and the staff in the lobby as well as cleaning attendant were always friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable.

The noise level was too high, especially for those who were given rooms near the busy drop-off and pick-up area for the buses. , the lack of balconies in the rooms and the early pool closing time were a bit disappointing.

The Swimming pool was impressive and provided an amazing outdoor swimming pool experience. Beach access was an added bonus to the venue. The massage and garden area were both fantastic, and the room advantages of the private facilities made for a peaceful escape. The restaurant and snack bar were perfect for a quick bite. The buffet breakfast was extensive and provided the perfect start to the day.

The service was adequate, only one minor issue, a single staff member was unprofessional, although it did not detract from my stay.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable with a good WiFi connection. The location was perfect, right on Jomtien beach with a partial ocean view, and the staff were incredibly hospitable and friendly.

The only thing that could make the breakfast better would be to have more variety of choices.
