The luxurious facilities and exceptional service of this hotel were beyond our expectations. We were pleased to find that the Spa & wellness centre offered relaxing treatments and a steam room. The outdoor swimming pool overlooking the beach was stunning, and there were plenty of sun loungers and Beach umbrellas. In addition, we were entertained with Live music and enjoyed drinks from the bar/ lounge area. The exceptional in-room breakfast was served on our private terrace, and we had access to both poolside and outdoor dining areas.

Although this hotel was extraordinary, we experienced some slow service at Dinner. However, this did not deter from our experience at this venue.

The weekend we spent at this hotel was amazing. The room was beautiful and had great amenities. We loved that the hotel was within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and had direct access to the beach. The pool area was great and we enjoyed the happy hour free snacks and drinks in the afternoon.

While our stay was mostly enjoyable, we did have a couple of negative aspects. The service for our evening meal in the main restaurant was rather slow and the portion sizes of the meals in the fish restaurant were smaller than we expected.

The staff at Kimpton Kitalay went above and beyond to make my stay perfect! From the friendly greetings at check-in to the attentive service throughout my stay, I felt truly pampered. The room was spacious and I absolutely loved the open bathroom concept. The breakfast was delicious with a huge range of options to choose from. I also appreciated the happy hour with complimentary snacks and drinks in the afternoon. The hotel facilities were well-maintained and I especially enjoyed the complementary stand-up paddling and yoga sessions. I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a beachfront hotel and had an incredible experience. The location was perfect, with a stunning pool area and a beautiful beach just steps away. The room was luxurious, with a big terrace and a comfortable bed. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the spa offered great massages at reasonable prices. With kayaks and SUPs available for rent, there were plenty of activities to enjoy. it was a relaxing and memorable stay.

The food at the hotel could have been better. While some dishes were good, overall it was very average.
