New, nice hotel. Upgraded to deluxe family room. Good facilities, friendly staff. Quiet with sea view. Shuttle service to mall/beach.

Nothing that I didn't like.

We had a memorable stay at this hotel. The location was not near the beaches, but it had a strategic position and we could easily explore different areas. The room was big and spacious, perfect for families. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast was top-notch. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from the bar. The hotel had great facilities, including a spa department where our whole family could relax.

There was an issue with some broken accessories at the pool, which could have been communicated to us during check-in.

On the outskirts of town, convenient for families. Child pool and spacious rooms. Attentive service and fantastic views at the sky bar. Helpful concierge for excursions. Enjoyable restaurant staff and organized birthday day. Will recommend and return. 🌟

My recent stay at Mai House Patong Hill was absolutely delightful! The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my time there. The highlight was definitely the stunning sunset view from the rooftop bar. The buffet breakfast was delicious, and the Grand Deluxe room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and incredibly comfortable. Even though the hotel is not right in the heart of Patong, the shuttle service provided made it easy to access the town whenever I wanted. I had a fantastic experience at Mai House Patong Hill and would highly recommend it to others.

our stay at mai house in patong exceeded all expectations. the staff was incredibly professional, the beds were the most comfortable we've ever slept in, and the free shuttle to the beach was a convenient bonus.

As someone with physical handicaps, I appreciated the inclusive facilities at Mai House Patong Hill. The hotel provided wheelchair-accessible shuttle services and had a gym that was open 24/7, making it convenient for those with mobility challenges. The staff were warm and friendly, and the spa offered massages at fair prices. The suite we stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing a pleasant retreat. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Asian dishes, and special requests were quickly accommodated. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, with a stunning open seating area and delicious drinks.

Luxury oozes from this hotel with its exclusive amenities providing a fabulous stay. The staff were friendly and attentive, meeting all my needs. The spa & wellness centre was top-notch, with great massage and sauna experiences. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were clean and modern, and the sun terrace overlooking the garden area was perfect to relax on. The Head massage was divine and just what I needed after a long flight.

Though there were limited downsides, the food offered in the snack bar had room for improvement. But this was only a minor issue, as there were plenty of other delicious options offered, such as the Full body massage and the in-room breakfast that were divine.

The hotel had a spa, fitness room, and 24-hour reception - impressive! The swimming pools were extensive, the mini-bar was hassle-free, and the rooftop view of sunsets was stunning.

I absolutely loved being surrounded by mold in the shower and having unfriendly staff who only greeted Western people with coffee at breakfast. So refreshing!

The free mini bar and great views from the hotel's roof terrace were definitely the best aspects of our stay. The breakfast was also very good and the swimming pool was decent. We appreciated the convenient shuttle service to nearby attractions and the friendly staff.
