Our Christmas stay at this hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with no smells or noises to disturb our peace. We especially loved the modern and well-designed bathroom. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel is conveniently located near a new shopping mall, just a short 10-15 minute walk away. It was great to have easy access to shopping and entertainment during our stay.

While our overall experience was fantastic, there were a few aspects that could be improved. It was hands down the worst food we had during our trip.

The staff at the hotel were quite rude, especially in the morning. They gave us conflicting information about check-out time which caused unnecessary stress.
