Transportation disappointment.

The hotel had a good breakfast buffet and the pool was nice. The staff was also friendly. The location was near a shopping center and restaurants.

Guests were allowed to play loud music and shout in the halls late at night, which made it difficult to sleep. the rooms were not very clean and the bathroom had mold.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel just 15 minutes away from the exhibition center and the end of the BTS train. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was superb. We especially enjoyed the entertainment provided by Gladys and her piano playing partner each night, they made us feel welcome.

We booked this hotel for the last two nights of our trip and to be close to the airport. The service was very good, with helpful staff. The recently refurbished room was very nice and included a comfortable bed. The gym was good and we enjoyed the main restaurant, where we had the best pork steak ever. The buffet had a quiet understated service and the staff at dinner were ready to help with anything. The cook/chef at breakfast made awesome omelettes. The evening bar service was also very good. The hotel was very clean and the room cleaning service was great. It was definitely worth the little extra travel to stay there.
