As bike riders, we loved the location of the hotel, as it was conveniently situated near the main road and not far from popular areas like Bangla Road. The highlight for us was the enormous pool area, which made it feel like the ground floor was one massive pool. Additionally, the free 15-minute massage offered by the hotel was a nice touch. The masseuse really knew her stuff, which was a pleasant surprise for my sister, who is a Western qualified masseuse and sports massage therapist. Another standout was Jack, the pool bar representative who also facilitated kids activities. He was helpful, attentive, and had a great sense of humor.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and just a short walk from the beach. The room service was great and the staff always managed to accommodate my needs. The service here is the friendliest I've encountered anywhere in Thailand. Additionally, the leisure spa and wellness centre was amazing with various treatments and a sauna. The pool was awesome and the staff at the pool bar were so friendly. I especially enjoyed the restaurant, which provided a great selection of breakfast options and served an amazing dinner.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The location of the hotel is ideal, being very close to the center and just a few steps away from the beach market and shopping center. It is also conveniently located near the main beach area, allowing easy access to the beach. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. Wow!! Had an amazing experience at this hotel! The welcoming was nice and the staff made us feel special with their attention to detail. The property itself is beautiful and offers all the comfort you could ask for. The pool area is stunning and the buffet dinner and breakfast spread were both delicious.

The breakfast spread could have been better, with more variety and fresh juices instead of carton juices filled with sugar. Some of the staff could be a bit curt and rude, which affected the overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay and were pleasantly surprised with the free snacks and drinks offered in our room. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious. The pool was a highlight, and our kids loved spending hours swimming. The hotel's location was fantastic as we were only a block away from the beach and a few blocks away from the city center.

The service wasn't the best we've had, as it took a long time for us to receive water when we requested it. , we requested toiletries on our last day, but we didn't receive it before checking out.

Enjoyed a fabulous family holiday at Novotel Vintage Resort. The pool was perfect for playing and relaxing, and the kids loved the dedicated play area. The breakfast spread, although repetitive, was generous and the iced coffee and breads were amazing. The rooms were comfortable, with separate beds for the kids. a great stay.
