We had a wonderful time at this beautiful resort. The staff were great and the check-in process was comfortable, complete with a welcome drink and wet cloth. The bathroom and shower were good, although we would have liked to see the elimination of single-use plastics for the toiletries. The resort provided ample free water, with 4 bottles per day. The pool area was lovely, with sun cover available. The proximity to the beach was fantastic, although some sun cover would have been beneficial due to the south-facing beach. The breakfast was great, although it would have been nice to have a few more Thai options. We also appreciated the option to book tours through reception, although we chose to book directly with a long-tail boatman on the beach. The nearby restaurants, particularly Jasmines, were superb. we enjoyed our time at this idyllic and romantic resort.

The Phi Phi Natural Resort-Sha Extra Plus is located in a fantastic spot at the end of the beach on Laemtong cape, providing a beautiful view of the beach and the surrounding nature. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with friendly staff providing good service. Additionally, there are plenty of paths for walks along the sea and a pool with a stunning view of the northern islands.

The breakfast options were quite limited and the coffee was not up to par.

We had the most amazing stay at a resort in Ko Phi Phi! The hotel was beautiful, well integrated in the jungle, and clean. The location by the ocean on Laemtong cape was perfect, with a stunning beach and turquoise water. The private beach near the hotel was to die for. The hotel facilities were great, with the option to rent snorkeling equipment for a good price. The surrounding islands were amazing for snorkeling, and we enjoyed a half-day boat ride to explore the exotic locations. The staff were fabulous hosts, attending to our needs and giving us privacy. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced.

The hotel is quite far from the sea and there is nothing to do around the area after 10pm. The wifi in the rooms is also quite slow.
