The check-in staff and concierge desk were exceptional, providing personal attention and great instructions. They allowed early check-in and late check-out. The family suite was spacious and came with fresh fruits. The hotel offers airport transfer and breakfast from four different restaurants. The pool and Living Room were inviting.

The breakfast options were excellent, with a wide variety of choices and a chef who was quick in preparing any type of eggs. The staff at the hotel were efficient and friendly, always clearing tables promptly and resetting them quickly. The location of the hotel was also great, with easy access to two nearby stations and a diverse mall where we had many dining options. The hotel lobby being connected to the station by a footbridge was also very convenient. we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Super comfy rooms and friendly staff made our romantic escape enjoyable. Conveniently located near public transportation which made it easy to explore the city. The breakfast had a wide choice of fresh food which was a great way to start our day.

We were the lack of privacy in our room. The walls were thin and we could hear our neighbors all the time.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok for a business trip. My stay at the Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit was exceptional. The hotel offered a convenient location, close to public transportation and a shopping mall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options. I also appreciated the cozy winter decorations and the amazingly comfortable bed. it was the best hotel experience I've had.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

This hotel is truly luxurious. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, and massage services, ensure a relaxing stay. The restaurant offers halal and kosher food, and the poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area provide convenient and delicious options for meals and drinks.

Although the overall service was exceptional, there was a minor issue with the check-in process. My request for specific room preferences was not immediately available at check-in.

I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was amazing with a comfortable bed and a luxurious bathroom. The location was perfect, close to the airport and shopping center. The staff treated me like family, especially at the pool where I spent most of my time. I highly recommend this hotel.
