The value for our money was excellent, and the room was fantastic - spacious, clean, and with a beautiful view of the lake and sea. The location was perfect, with easy access to local restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and made our stay truly memorable.

Situated near beautiful Nai Harn beach, this hotel is the ideal base for exploring the stunning coastline. The rooms, like the deluxe room with its breathtaking view, are spacious and well-decorated. Guests can enjoy the nearby beach and take advantage of the hotel's pool and slide. The friendly and helpful staff make the stay even more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast at the Sail Restaurant offers a variety of tasty options.

The hotel layout can be confusing, with dark corridors and steep stairs, which could be a safety concern.

The exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. The outdoor swimming pool was clean and had sun loungers, perfect for relaxation. The Spa centre offered different kinds of massages including full-body, foot, back and head massage. The restaurant had a buffet breakfast with delicious choices of milk for the cereal. The location advantages were great, just a short drive to some excellent restaurants in Rawai.

The private facilities needed more attention in terms of service. The cleaning staff could improve their services as there were some minor signs of dirt in the room.

The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was immaculate. The location was ideal, as it was close to the beach and offered beautiful views of the surrounding areas. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options from authentic Thai dishes to international favorites. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The lush greenery and breathtaking views of the Nai Harn beach were a highlight of our stay. The spacious and clean deluxe family connecting rooms were beautifully decorated with Thai-crafted paintings. The swimming pools were refreshing and the water slide was a fun addition. The complimentary dinner, the kebab dish, was delicious and the complimentary late checkout and airport drop-off were greatly appreciated.

I had an amazing stay at the resort. The 2 br suite with ocean view was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The staff was super attentive and helpful, arranging motorbike rental and taxi service for us. The room was modern, well-equipped, and had a perfect private pool with a nice view. The location was great, not too far up the hill and close to the beach. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of options, including authentic Thai food.
