The stay at this resort was absolutely incredible! From the jaw-dropping pool water slides that provided endless fun for our daughter, to the super convenient bar right in front of the pool, it truly was a mind-blowing experience. The animals petting zone was a definite highlight for both kids and adults, and our daughter couldn't get enough of the amazing kids play area. The peaceful orchid garden was the perfect spot for evening walks, and the restaurant's fish feeding area provided a unique and exciting dining experience. The three pools, each with their own unique atmosphere, were absolutely stunning, and the well-maintained gardens added to the overall beauty of the resort. The rooms were incredibly spacious and comfortable, and the staff at both the reception and housekeeping were always courteous and attentive. With its fantastic location near the beach and shops, this resort is definitely a top recommendation when visiting the Karon area of Phuket!

Had a great weekend away with the family. The staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Loved the complementary breakfast and free WiFi. The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we wanted to do.

The pool was a bit dirty and could have been cleaner. , the noise from the nearby construction work was a bit annoying at times.

The exclusive amenities and luxurious service provided at this hotel were impeccable. The staff was always attentive and welcoming, making sure that all needs were met. The Spa & wellness centre and Sauna were a perfect touch to the wonderful swimming pool and outdoor swimming pool areas.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach access due to the beach being dirty with glass bottles. However, the beautiful garden area, sun terrace, and sun loungers were a great substitute.

The resort had fantastic facilities for families, including a spacious family room, a clean and safe beach, and a shallow coastline perfect for kids. The breakfast selection was impressive, offering a variety of dishes from both Thai and European cuisines. The pools and water park provided great entertainment for children. The resort's greenery and the presence of farm animals in the "zoo" added to the natural charm and appeal.

We felt incredibly welcome during our stay and had no complaints whatsoever.

Located right across from a beautiful-yet-apparently-extremely-dangerous beach, this resort offers a convenient location for those who want to soak up the sun and enjoy the sand and surf. The spacious rooms are decorated in a modern style with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The friendly and attentive staff provide excellent service, going above and beyond to meet the needs of the guests.

The limited seating around the pools can be frustrating, requiring guests to wake up early and reserve their spots with towels.

The location of Thavorn Palm Beach Resort Phuket - Sha Extra Plus was absolutely stunning, with beautiful gardens and easy access to the beach. The breakfast choices were impressive, especially the Asian dishes. My room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. The staff at the bar in the garden were incredibly friendly and even taught me some Thai. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel. However, despite this drawback, I still thoroughly enjoyed my time at the hotel.

I recently stayed at this lovely resort for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings were beautiful, with a traditional style and a stunning garden. The multiple clean pools, including a swim-up bar, were perfect for unwinding. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Racha at the travel desk who went above and beyond to assist us. The location was ideal, away from the hustle and bustle but still easily accessible to nearby restaurants and the beach. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would not hesitate to return.
