We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Pelican. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the facilities, including the pool, gym, and yoga class, were top-notch. I had an amazing time at this hotel! The rooms were spacious and beautiful, with a nice pool and two bedrooms. The staff, especially Joy at the front desk, were so sweet and helpful. The hotel is right by the beach, though the beach itself is just average.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better was if there were more vegetarian options.

Our recent city break at The Pelican Krabi was a great experience. The hotel staff were outstanding and always went out of their way to accommodate our requests. We also loved the key location of the hotel, as it was just a short walk away from the beach and there were plenty of nearby restaurants to choose from. Another advantage that we enjoyed was the buffet breakfast, which offered a good variety of hot and cold food, fresh fruit, and even an omelette station.

We loved staying at this place! The location is perfect, as it is right behind a beautiful beach and there are plenty of restaurants to choose from. We also appreciated the convenience of having services like car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The room amenities were excellent, with features such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a balcony. The hotel also had a lovely outdoor swimming pool and a rooftop pool with a sun terrace, where we could relax and enjoy the stunning views. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice perk.

We booked a car to the airport, but there was an issue with the hotel's wifi and they couldn't charge our credit card. They took us to the ATM themselves and brought us back to the hotel. The receptionist didn't even apologize and made us wait for our receipt. The room had its own set of problems too, like the unlocked balcony door and a stinky bathroom after showering. The attitude of the receptionist was highly unprofessional. I would not recommend this hotel.
