We had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and conveniently situated on the main street of Ao Nang. We loved being close to all the nice restaurants and stores in the area. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained with a stunning pool that was surrounded by flowers and palm trees. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. The staff at this place were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The service we received was top-notch and we felt well taken care of throughout our time here.

The room we stayed in was the Grand Superior Room which had a private balcony offering a stunning view of the islands. It was lovely to sit there and enjoy the scenery. The hotel was located on the main street, surrounded by many good bars and restaurants. This made it a great base for us to explore the area. The staff were professional and provided fantastic service, making us feel welcomed and valued.

Although there was no buggy service available for early morning checkout, the staff were happy to accommodate our request. The hotel had a variety of facilities, such as the spa and wellness centre which offered treatments like body scrub, massage, and facials.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is very close to a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions. You can easily walk to many places from here, including a hill with stunning views. The rooms are well-appointed and clean, with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. The staff offers great service, welcoming guests with drinks and providing friendly assistance throughout the stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, including delicious Thai recipes. Additionally, the hotel has a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by flowers and palm trees, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

Some guests had a negative experience with the boat vendor located in the hotel, as they did not receive personal attention or assistance during snorkeling trips.

our summer holiday in ao nang was made even better by our stay at the resort. the staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. the pool area was spacious and relaxing, and the location was perfect for walks and exploring the area.

What an amazing New Year we had! The two complementary massages and welcome drinks were a fantastic touch, right from check-in. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by wonderful restaurants. The pool area was very relaxing, with stunning views of the sea.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing in terms of variety and quality. the room was not cleaned to the best standard and some areas could use some new decor.

holiday inn exceeded my expectations with a great location, beautiful surroundings and friendly staff. it was even better than my previous stay in ao nang.
