The waiters at the restaurant were amazing, very polite, and professional. The activities were engaging, and the pools were close to each other, ideal for young kids. , the hotel location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions outside the hotel.

The hotel lacked some essential details that could enhance customers' experience. the lack of an espresso machine in the room, beds, and towels not changed daily, and slow service caused some inconvenience.
