The room had an excellent sea view, good breakfast variety, and perfect cleanliness. The location was divine, allowing for easy access to downtown and various attractions. The staff was well-mannered and had good English proficiency. The service provided by the female duty manager was exceptional.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel, with a beautifully decorated room and a perfect sea view. The high ceiling and spacious balcony added to the luxurious feel. The room was always spotlessly clean, and we appreciated the convenience of the minibar with its wide selection of drinks. The hotel's central location was a major plus, making it easy for us to explore. The breakfast offered a variety of options, although we wished there was a better coffee machine. this was the best hotel experience we've ever had. The friendly and helpful staff, amazing pool and facilities, and stunning location have left a lasting impression on us.

We recently stayed at a hotel in a stunning location with beautiful views. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and we were impressed with the high ceilings and big balconies. The minibar had a great selection of drinks , and the hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring. The breakfast was good, although we would have liked to see a better coffee machine. we had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

The hotel's pool area was quite nice and well-maintained. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel staff provided complimentary bottled water. the hotel was conveniently located near a variety of restaurants and shops.

The hotel staff was unfriendly and unhelpful, making for an overall unenjoyable experience. The hotel had several strange rules that seemed to be designed to inconvenience guests, such as not allowing outside food or drinks in the room and charging for extra people if anyone stayed in the room for more than a half-hour.

As a disabled guest, I really appreciated the accessible facilities at the hotel. The staff were accommodating and the upgraded room had an amazing sea view. The spa facilities, including the Roman Bath and Turkish Bath, were a great way to relax. The restaurant offered a wide variety of delicious food, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight. The central location made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

We recently stayed at a 5-star hotel with exclusive amenities that really fulfilled our luxurious needs. The service was impeccable, and the Spa & wellness centre provided a soothing retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. We loved the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi, while the beach access and solarium made for the perfect sun-soaked holiday. Our room featured exclusive advantages such as a private facilities and room service for in-room breakfast. The poolside snack bar and bar/lounge area were both perfect for soaking up the sun and enjoying refreshing cocktails.

The main issue we encountered was the lack of live entertainment, which would have really added to the experience given the luxurious ambiance of the venue. However, this was a minor issue given the fantastic facilities and service provided.

charisma de luxe exceeded my expectations during my longer stay in kusadasi. the outstanding receptionist, rana, was super responsive and resolved a tricky technical problem. the gym was impressive, the buffet was second to none, and the hotel was impeccable.

Wifi in the rooms was nonexistent.
