I recently stayed at Cvk Taksim Hotel for my vacation. The staff was exceptional, especially the receptionist Ilyas and the manager. They were very polite and always wore a smile. The service staff provided excellent support and catered to all my needs. The restaurant staff, led by Yesim, was also outstanding. The hotel's location is perfect, close to all the stores. it was one of the best hotels I've ever visited. I would like to appreciate all the staff for their job and advise them to keep up the great work. I will definitely be visiting again soon.

We were upgraded to better rooms and received a late check-out. The hotel reception was always helpful in guiding us to places to see, finding food, and arranging transportation. The SPA offered an excellent massage and Turkish bath. the hotel was great value for money.
