The staff were helpful, offering flexible cleaning times and assisting with any needs. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hotel provided a car park with a concierge service. The location offered a beautiful view, away from noisy roads. The presence of a mosque and nearby hammam added value.

Breakfast and unlimited tea/coffee, hilltop location with easy access to city. Convenient location near mosque, garden cafe, and taxis.

The hotel provided a lovely courtyard setting in the beautiful surroundings of a mosque. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with our young child. The hotel was very clean and offered a pleasant breakfast with unlimited tea and coffee. The location was situated on a hill overlooking the city, but still within a short taxi or dolmus ride to the old city and city center.

My recent stay at Kadi Konagi Thermal in Bursa was wonderful. I was in Bursa for a short vacation and stayed at the hotel for three nights. The hotel's location is perfect, as it is situated near the Old Thermal Bath - Eski Kaplica. I loved that we could use the hotel's private Hamam, especially for ladies. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond expectations. Despite the language barrier, they were always hospitable. The hotel is also conveniently located near historical sites and restaurants.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Kadi Konagi Thermal for three nights, enjoying the lovely hilltop location overlooking the city. The hotel staff were helpful, especially in providing us with a map and directions for using public transportation. The room was clean and comfortable, and we particularly enjoyed the hammam experience offered by the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the staff serving it were very friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with our 4 year old. The hotel was very clean, and our family room was spacious enough for us. We loved the breakfast in the morning and the endless cups of cay and kahve throughout the day. The location on top of a hill provided a breathtaking view over the city, and it was only a short taxi or dolmus ride into the old city and city centre. we had a lovely and enjoyable experience.
