We had a fantastic stay at Louis Appartements Galata. The location was excellent, within walking distance of many attractions and surrounded by restaurants and shops. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and flooded with natural light. The staff, especially Hakan, were incredibly welcoming and attentive to our needs. we had an amazing time and would highly recommend this hotel.

The friendly, English-speaking staff helped with transportation and provided complimentary goodies. The clean room had everything needed, including sparkling wine. The location was convenient, with easy access to tourist attractions. A great experience.

I recently stayed at Louis Appartements Galata for a few nights and it was an incredible experience. The location was perfect, right near the Galata tower and in the heart of the city's nightlife. The staff went above and beyond, providing practical help and making us feel truly welcome. The room itself was beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Despite being in a central location, it was surprisingly quiet. the high level of service, attention to detail, and comfortable accommodations made for a memorable stay.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the lovely complementary wine and fruit basket waiting for us in our small but cozy apartment. The location was superb, just a stone's throw away from iconic landmarks and public transportation. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from our apartment's balcony during the night.

Frankly, there were no major complaints. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and could do with some minor upgrades, but this did not detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay.

The apartment was more like a 5-star hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. The apartment had everything we needed and was extremely clean. The view from our apartment was stunning and the manager, Tufan, and the entire staff made our stay memorable. We will definitely book again.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, as it is situated right next to the iconic Galata Tower. This allows for easy access to central attractions and makes it convenient to explore the city. Additionally, the hotel is close to the subway station, making it easy for guests to navigate and experience the city's public transportation system. The staff at the hotel are also highly praised for their helpfulness and friendliness, providing excellent service throughout the stay.

The sound isolation in the hotel could be improved, although the guests were not loud during the evenings.
