The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is right near Taksim Square and close to public transportation, including the bus for airports. The staff at the hotel, especially Mr. Iskandar, Mr. Salih, and Ms. Aida, were extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impressive. We spent Christmas in a hotel and it was a very nice experience. The staff was very helpful, especially the receptionist who was kind and assisted us with everything we needed. We particularly enjoyed the complementary breakfast and the soup served was delicious. Plus, the hotel's location was great, just next to the airport shuttle bus stop and the metro station.

It seemed like more of a decoration. , we noticed that the spa staff lost interest in us once we refused a massage.
