The hotel offers a stunning view of the Black Sea and the staff are extremely helpful, offering travel advice. We enjoyed a complimentary upgrade to a corner suite room with a wonderful view. The breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of options. The rooms were large and newly furnished, with excellent wifi. There are also multiple restaurants with different cuisines available at the hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at a well-appointed hotel with a stunning view of the Black Sea. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially Abdulrahman, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools were a great addition, and the hotel's access to the beach was a bonus. Additionally, the location near the airport made our travel convenient. The family connected room we booked was spacious and comfortable. The coffee shop and gym were also highlights of our stay.

The hotel is located close to the airport runway and the beach. It is also conveniently located near the city centre. The rooms offer a sea view and are clean, but the AC and showers were not stable.

The staff was not well-trained and the basic services were missing. The breakfast buffet was not great and the housekeeping and room service were not up to standard.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the great hospitality of the staff. They offered complimentary drinks and snacks, which we enjoyed while taking in the breathtaking views of the sea from the balcony. The location was perfect, since it was close to the airport and city center, making it easy to go out and explore. Plus, the spa services were a great way to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The loud construction noise that persisted throughout the day. the food selection could have been better, with limited options for vegetarians.

Our stay at this hotel was beyond luxurious. The exclusive amenities like the Spa & wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Turkish bath provided a refreshing and rejuvenating experience. The outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area offered a breathtaking view of the city. The barbeque grills and outdoor dining area provided a delectable spread of food and drinks. The location advantages of this hotel being close to the city centre and having beach access made it a perfect place to stay.

The only minor glitch in our experience was the service. Although the hotel staff was polite and helpful, the communication was not always on point.
