We had an amazing stay at Sherwood! The view from our room was breathtaking, with full-length windows overlooking the beach. The housekeeping staff was excellent, always ensuring our room was clean and stocked with extra towels and robes. The variety of food options was great, with lots of fresh fruit and veggies. The concierge desk, especially Natalie, was incredibly helpful in assisting us with any questions or requests.

The check-in process was a bit overwhelming as the front desk staff seemed to be handling multiple guests at once, causing some confusion. Additionally, it would have been helpful to have more clear instructions and information about the hotel amenities and services in the rooms.

I gotta say, the value for money at this resort was great. And the room? Super comfortable with a nice view from the top floor. The location was also perfect, right by the lovely beach. But what really made my stay special was the staff. They were incredibly friendly and made me feel at home.

My family and I recently stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Lara for a week-long vacation. We were pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service and friendly staff. We were also delighted when the staff arranged for Santa to deliver presents to our room, making our stay even more memorable. We would happily return to this hotel anytime.

The entertainment team was fantastic and always had something fun going on. They kept us entertained throughout the day with a variety of activities. The hotel was also very clean and well-maintained. The rooms were cleaned daily and the facilities were in great condition.

I did find that the food options at the buffet were a bit repetitive at times. Although there was plenty of choice, it would have been nice to have more variety.

Staff went above and beyond. Water slides and life guards were great. Tennis and table tennis enjoyable. Mini bar and complimentary toiletries were a plus. Gilbert's Patisserie is a must try with great coffees, desserts, and service.

The hotel and rooms are lovely - very modern and clean. The facilities were outstanding, with seven restaurants and bars, a gym, different pools, and a spa. The location was perfect, with enough sun lounges and shaded areas. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff provided great service.
