As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the spacious and well-equipped suites, the daily thorough room cleaning, and the helpful English-speaking staff. The location was also ideal, with a short 10-minute walk to both the metro and the Nisantasi shopping center.

The complimentary breakfast was tasty and the staff were friendly. The hotel was located in a great spot, close to shops and restaurants. The room was spacious and had a nice view of the city.

We had a terrible experience during New Year's Eve. The hotel charged us an incredibly high fee for access to the rooftop party, which ended up being extremely overcrowded and chaotic.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is close to everything you need, including a supermarket and local shops. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern amenities such as smart TVs with Netflix and Bluetooth. The staff is professional, helpful, and welcoming, going above and beyond to provide excellent service.

The cleaning could be improved, as some guests mentioned that it could have been better.

This hotel is located in an elite area and provides luxurious amenities such as a superb Spa & wellness centre and Turkish bath which were excellently maintained. Here, we enjoyed local food, appetizers and cocktails in the bar/lounge area and in-room breakfast, served with a view of the garden area. Staff provided us with fantastic room service which was quick and efficient. The leisure room/library provided various interesting novels for guests.

Only one minor issue which was the sound of traffic which echoed in the room from a nearby street. However, it was negligible because the sound didn't disturb us so much.
