had an amazing stay at crowne plaza! rooms were spacious, beds comfy, and the bathroom design was top-notch. loved the direct view from the bathroom. the swimming pool area was fantastic with different pools, and the gym was well-equipped. staff was friendly and helpful. connected to Festival City Mall with great shops and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at the Crowne Plaza in Dubai Festival City. The hotel's location was great, with Festival Mall nearby for shopping and entertainment. The dinner at the Intercontinental Hotel was excellent, and the staff there was top-notch. The breakfast at the Crown Plaza was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious hot and cold foods to choose from. The room was comfortable and the view was nice. We also enjoyed the restaurants and shisha area. The hotel's proximity to the mall was a definite plus.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel is conveniently located near a massive shopping center with a lot of fun things to do. We were impressed with the variety of services and amenities on offer, such as the car hire, dry cleaning, and 24-hour room service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and their assistance with printing documents and arranging PCR tests was greatly appreciated. We enjoyed the spa and wellness center, which provided us with plenty of relaxation options. The pools were clean and well-maintained, while the beach access was a great added bonus. The staff in assisting with the reservations for the required PCR tests was a plus.

I want to give special recognition to two staff members: Sir Gihan, who kindly offered us water after a refreshing swim, and Sir Victor, who was attentive during our breakfast at the buffet. The staff at the hotel were excellent, always ready to assist with any needs. The hotel's location provided beautiful views and easy walking access to the mall and Dubai Creek. The hotel's close proximity to the airport meant no aircraft noise issues.

The breakfast spread at the hotel was excellent and had a variety of options including Middle Eastern foods. I was impressed with how clean and modern the rooms were. The highlight of my stay was being able to enjoy the Imagine Show from the restaurant in the adjacent Intercontinental Hotel. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel met all our luxurious needs, with exclusive amenities and exceptional service. Everything was well-maintained, including the indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and steam room. The on-site restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and halal food options. The location was convenient, with easy access to the Dubai metro and a shopping mall.

While the hotel staff were courteous and helpful, we were disappointed to learn upon arrival that an additional fee of USD60 per night was required for a creek view room. It would have been helpful to know this beforehand to avoid any surprise charges.
