I recently stayed at Fairmont for 3 nights and had a fantastic experience. The property was impeccably maintained and the staff provided excellent service. They were quick to fulfill my requests and went above and beyond. The hotel has great potential and I would love to come back in the future.

Although there were a few drawbacks during my stay, I can recommend this hotel. The room had a very strong fragrance that made it difficult to breathe and sleep.

The creativity and presentation of the Afternoon Tea at this hotel was exceptional. Each item was a camera-worthy sculpture, bursting with flavor. Special thanks to our friendly and attentive hostess Regina for making our experience so pleasant. highly recommended.

Fairmont The Palm offers a range of amenities such as a kids club, babysitting services, and free breakfast for children. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are quiet and spacious. Room service and in-room dining are of great quality, with delicious food options. The beach is great and the water pressure in the shower is excellent.

Felt like home, no complaints at all.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location on the stunning Palm with easy access to the marina end and shopping malls. The rooms with partial sea view are exceptionally clean with comfortable king size bed and a breathtaking view. Breakfast, although not included in the rate, is worth it for the view and hot food served cold.

I recently stayed at Fairmont in Dubai for a weeklong vacation. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the beds were so comfy! I loved the numerous restaurant options, especially the fantastic Brazilian one. The location was perfect for getting to malls, the Marina, and Atlantis. The room had a spacious bathroom and a balcony, which was a nice touch. The shuttle service to the malls was convenient, although it would be great to have a shuttle to the metro or the Marina in the evenings. The hotel had a nearby beach, complimentary water bottles, nice pools, and a great view of the Dubai Marina.

During our romantic escape, we were pleased with the complementary bottle of wine and chocolates left in our room upon arrival. The location, with its stunning ocean views and easy access to nearby attractions, made our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved lounging by the pool and taking advantage of the hotel's spa services.

The buffet experience left much to be desired. The food was mediocre and the service was lacking.

Convenient location, friendly staff, immaculate facilities, and impressive IT infrastructure with fast internet. The beach and pool areas are spacious and well-maintained. Plenty of onsite dining options perfect for quick bites. Comfortable and clean rooms with excellent housekeeping services.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury, with exclusive amenities and remarkable service. The spa and wellness centre, with its steam room, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool, made us feel pampered and relaxed. The sun lounge provided excellent views while we soaked in the heated swimming pool. The beach access and garden area were well-maintained, with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The hotel’s restaurant was outstanding, offering Halal food and a delightful buffet breakfast, as well as private facilities for exclusive use.

The only minor issue was the lack of entertainment. There was no bar/lounge area, and the poolside snack bar was a bit limited.

We got great value for our money at Fairmont The Palm. The room was perfect for our family and had a beautiful balcony with ocean and city views. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially at the gold lounge. The location was great, away from the city but still easy to access. The family pool was a hit with our little one.

Luxurious bathroom and room, within walking distance to the mall and supermarket. Warm welcome from the receptionist and amazing pool area with a view of the Dubai skyline.

We enjoyed a 3 weeks pre-arranged event on the beach, and the staff was attentive to our needs. The SeaGrill restaurant offered delicious cuisine, and the room was spacious with excellent amenities. Though we were unable to take advantage of the usual view looking out onto the beach, the pool area was great with cold bottles of water and even ice cold towels.

The check-in process was slow, resulting in a stressful start to our stay.

The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities we could need, including soundproofed walls for a good night's sleep. We enjoyed the beautiful outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and sauna, as well as the beach access and spa and wellness centre. The buffet breakfast had something for everyone, and the staff in the dining restaurant really went above and beyond to make our experience special.

Upon arrival at this luxurious hotel, I was welcomed with top-notch customer service and exclusive amenities that met all of my needs. The Spa & wellness centre, sauna, and outdoor swimming pool were all beautiful, clean and perfectly maintained. I indulged in the spa's massage and beauty treatments, and relaxed in the steam room and Turkish bath. The sun terrace provided a great spot to soak up the sun, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas available. The pool with view was refreshing, and the garden area was peaceful and relaxing.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the poolside snack bar wasn't open all day, although the hotel had a top-notch restaurant that offered a buffet breakfast, dinner, and special diet menus. The bar/lounge area was perfect for winding down with delicious drinks.
