From the comfort of my spacious suite, I had an unobstructed view of the Burj Khalifa and fountains below. The room was fully equipped, complete with a kitchen, including an oven, dishwasher, and washer/dryer unit.

The walk to the Dubai Mall took longer than anticipated, around 20 minutes, especially with children, due to ongoing construction along the fountain's border. It was a minor inconvenience, but worth noting for families with young ones.

As business guests, we enjoyed the personalized service and friendly staff at the hotel. The reception staff, Raza and Mary, were particularly helpful and made our check-in experience enjoyable. We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite with a stunning view of the Burj Khalifa and the fountain. The suite itself was spacious and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, multiple bathrooms, and a balcony. The hotel's location was perfect, just a minute's walk from Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard. We also appreciated the complimentary drop-offs to major attractions provided by the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the mall and there was a free shuttle to kite beach. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we particularly enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Salem, the property manager, who provided excellent customer service. The hotel was also conveniently located near the metro stop, making it easy for us to explore the city and visit all the places we wanted to see.

We loved the stunning fountain view from our upgraded room at Ramada Downtown Dubai. It was amazing to see the fountain show and hear the music right from our room. The 1-bedroom suite was very spacious, with a large bed, living room, and kitchen. The bathroom was also sizable. The hotel's location was very convenient for us as it offered a shuttle service to Dubai Mall and Kite Beach. The air conditioning kept the room nice and cool, and the elevators were fast.

We felt very much at home during our stay at Ramada Downtown Dubai, with no complaints.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay in the heart of the city, situated in the poshest area within walking distance of the shopping mall and Burj Khalifa. The service here is exceptional with room service, car hire, and even grocery shopping service available. The staff, especially the Egyptian man in reception, were very friendly and helpful and even helped take care of upgrading our reservation for us. The leisure facilities here are also top-notch, with a sauna, outdoor swimming pool, garden area, sun loungers, and even a spa lounge. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and even a kitchenette.
