Everything was spot on.

During my Easter vacation, I enjoyed the spacious and cozy rooms, which were spotlessly clean. The in-room dining service was also a highlight, with delicious food and generous portions at fair prices. the concierge was always available and helpful with any requests.

There were some negatives to my stay. The housekeeping was lacking attention to detail, as toiletries and towels were not always replenished, and kitchen utensils were not put away properly.

Affordable hotel with friendly staff, comfortable beds, and daily room cleaning. Kitchen, spacious living room with dining table, and balcony in the one-bedroom apartment. Quiet area close to Sharjah city and a shaded parking area available. Front office manager exceptionally helpful and provided an upgrade upon request.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location is amazing, very close to a large shopping mall, the airport and another shopping centre. The service was excellent with helpful staff always available to assist us with our room service, dry cleaning and laundry needs. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, a sitting area, dining table. There was also a washing machine, cookware/kitchen utensils, electric kettle, am/fm alarm clock and flat-screen TV. The restaurant and snack bar had great options and the staff were always happy to help. We enjoyed using the leisure facilities including the free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, rooftop pool and spa & wellness centre. All in all, we had an enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this place!

The value for the money was great, with spacious and well-equipped rooms that comfortably accommodated our family. The location was convenient, close to the metro station and airport. The staff, especially the helpful concierge Mohammad, provided excellent service and made us feel at home.
