Great location, short walk to train station, shops, bars, and beach. Room was small but clean with comfy bed. Good tea/coffee facilities and snacks provided. Adequate plug sockets and working TV. a nice stay, would book again.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just across the road from the seafront. The room was small, but had all the necessary facilities, including tea and coffee facilities and a shower. The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet, perfect for a good night's sleep.

There was a minor issue with the sink not draining well and the toilet seat being loose.

We had a warm welcome from the friendly landlady, who was very helpful throughout our stay. The location of Arun Sands Rooms was perfect, with easy access to the beach and riverside. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated, with large windows and even a little balcony to enjoy the view. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like having a fridge and a cafetière provided. And the fact that there was free parking nearby was a bonus. we had a lovely time and would recommend this hotel.

We had a great time at this guest house! The location was amazing - right by the seafront, which made it very convenient for walks along the promenade. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and we loved the fact that it overlooked a beautiful garden. Another advantage was the warm welcome we received from the lovely owner, who made us feel right at home.

The room was quite small and cramped, with too much furniture, which made it feel overcrowded. The decor was also a bit outdated, and the bathroom had some drainage issues.

Arun Sands Rooms was an excellent find for a weekend break. The hotel's location right opposite the boating ponds and by the sea was perfect. We enjoyed the lovely views from our room's balcony. The basic amenities provided, including clean rooms with lovely bed linen, met our needs perfectly. The prices were reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was not included.

I had a wonderful stay at this guest house near the seafront. The room on the 1st floor was incredibly spacious and had a balcony with a fantastic sea view. The decor was tasteful and well put together, and I found the bed and seating area to be very comfortable. The room also had thoughtful amenities like a small fridge and complimentary tea, coffee, and water. The location was perfect, with Littlehampton town center just a short stroll away and the beach only a couple of minutes away. it was a great spot for a break.

The shower was decent and the location was okay as it was near a Harvester restaurant and shops. However, the room was overpriced considering the furniture was outdated and low to the ground, not suitable for those with mobility issues. The bathroom was cramped and poorly cleaned with mildew marks. The mini-fridge and kettle were placed too low, making it difficult to use. The decor was unappealing and the curtains did not block out light. There was no breakfast included and the worst part was dealing with unresponsive staff. not recommended for the price.

Clean, cozy room with en-suite, TV, and hanging space. Hot chocolate provided. Friendly host, safe and secure with key access. Would recommend and return.

We enjoyed the two seating areas, one of which overlooks 'Oyster Pond', perfect for breakfast and people-watching. The room also had amenities like a mini fridge, kettle, and coffee pot for filter coffee. The guesthouse's proximity to the seafront, harbor, and shops made it even more convenient. We highly recommend staying at Arun Sands for its excellent service, ideal location, and great value for money. Thank you for a pleasant stay!
