The hotel was clean, with friendly staff and free WiFi. Comfy beds and Elemis toiletries provided. Effort made for our anniversary, romantic room with flowers and messages. Amazing staff, especially Luke. Big room, best option in London. Beautiful hotel, great personal service. Recommended for all visitors.

Room service facilities after 10pm are not great, relying on local takeaway places instead. Noise from a nearby building site and plant/air con can be bothersome, especially for sensitive sleepers.

Had a great stay at this hotel during my holiday. The customer service was outstanding, with the front desk staff being sweet, understanding, and giving great recommendations. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the room, although not huge, was perfect for me and my partner. The hotel is conveniently located near public transportation, making it easily accessible. the great service, cleanliness, and accessibility were the best aspects of my stay.

That our room didn't have a window to open and faced the bar, so we felt the need to close the curtains for privacy. It would have been nice to have a room with a view and a window for some fresh air.

My room had a disabled toilet and pull cords for emergencies. I also had a free upgrade to a deluxe double. The staff were friendly and it was good value for money. The hotel was close to Westfield and restaurants. I recommend staying here.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to the tube station, making it easy to get anywhere by bus or tube. There is also a local shop around the corner for convenience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and quality amenities. The buffet breakfast offers plenty of options with good quality food, and the staff provide friendly and attentive service. Additionally, the hotel has a spa and gym on the top floor, which is a great advantage for guests.

One minor negative aspect of the hotel is that some guests reported issues with the air conditioning system, making their rooms hot and stuffy.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with a bus stop right outside and a tube station a short walk away. We were able to easily explore different parts of the city, including the city center and attractions. The hotel facilities were great, with a beautifully decorated and spacious room that had all the comforts we could wish for. The bathroom was well-appointed with luxury amenities. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel provided two towel bathrobes which were a nice touch.

The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was fantastic! The shower was great, except for the Monsoon shower-head temperature issue. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially in helping me surprise my husband for his birthday. The hotel gave us a complimentary upgrade which made the trip even more special. We also received a complimentary birthday brownie for my husband.

Felt totally at home, nothing was too much trouble.

We loved staying here! The location may not be the best, but the area is being refurbished and there’s a big park nearby. The staff went out of their way to accommodate all our requests with friendly service and good attention. We particularly loved the room amenities, the 24-hour room service, and the leisure spa & wellness centre with sauna, spa centre facilities, fitness studio, and more – it’s hard not to relax here!

This place is great for families, and the only thing to mention is that the staff could have helped people waiting better by getting a manager to deal with the problem. But overall, we’d definitely recommend this hotel!

Quiet and comfortable rooms with excellent blackout curtains for a good night's sleep. The bed was large and comfortable, perfect for a couple. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise with a variety of options, including cooked breakfast. The location was convenient, close to key attractions and easily accessible.

Service was lacking, with poor communication and unhelpful staff. There were issues with the room, such as a lack of heating and dirty blankets.
