The location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance. Finding parking was easy and close by. The room was clean, quiet, and had beautiful views of the mountains. Graham, the owner, was extremely helpful and provided great recommendations for places to eat and things to do in the area. The cooked breakfasts were delicious and well-organized. a highly recommended accommodation.

I recently stayed at Harvington House for 3 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The house is located in a quiet street just a short walk from the town center and lake. The rooms are beautifully presented and spotlessly clean, and my single room was spacious and had everything I needed, including a dressing gown. The shared bathroom was on a lower floor and had an excellent electric shower. The breakfast was generous and delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. But what really sets Harvington House apart is the warm welcome and genuine friendliness of the hosts, Graham and Gina. They provided expert guidance on exploring the Lake District and were always willing to help. I can't wait to stay here again!
