Kinsley provided us with valuable advice on exploring the main attractions of London and even offered his support in case of any issues. The customer service here is truly exceptional. The dining area has a vibrant atmosphere and the staff there, such as the welcoming Goa receptionist and her manager, create a refreshing and helpful environment. The executive room we stayed in was compact and cozy, with modern amenities like a smart TV and the ability to mirror our phone for Netflix. The breakfast was modest but satisfying, and Roberta at the dining area was exceptional in her service. The housekeeping team was polite and receptive to suggestions. our stay at this hotel was exceptional, with an Italian flavor. We unequivocally recommend this hotel for everyone.

Stayed at Staybridge Suites as Holiday Inn was closed. Amazing apartment, great value for money and perfect for airport purposes. Spacious, clean, comfortable, and warm room. Will definitely use this hotel again in the future as it's the best one I've used in the area. Friendly and helpful staff, with a customer-first attitude. The location of the hotel was key as it was conveniently close to Heathrow airport, making it an ideal choice for travelers. An added advantage was the on-site pizza restaurant, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.

On the downside, the parking situation was not ideal, with limited spaces and a high charge. Additionally, the hold put on my credit card was not released even after fully paying the account upon departure.
