We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, right in the center of town and on a lovely square. It was so convenient for exploring the shops and attractions. The service was top-notch, with friendly staff who accommodated our requests with no fuss. We received a warm welcome and even a complimentary drink upon arrival. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed, including a cozy sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The housekeeping was excellent, and everything was spotless. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area where we could relax with a drink from the bar. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I had the best imaginable stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly enjoyable. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with a massive and super comfortable bed. It was spotlessly clean and well appointed, exceeding my expectations. The hotel's location was perfect for the wedding I attended in the Town Hall, as it was just a short walk away. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to the city centre made it convenient for exploring the area. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to this city.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location was excellent, allowing easy access to all that the city has to offer. I loved being able to explore the High Street, shopping centers, the Castle, and Williamson Park, all within walking distance. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with attentive and helpful individuals who went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. The room amenities were fantastic, from the cozy sitting area to the patio with garden furniture. The complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch, and the pet amenities available for my furry friend made the stay even more enjoyable. this place exceeded my expectations and I cannot wait to return.

The breakfast was superb - eggs benedict and a full English. Free drink was a lovely gesture and the bar area had a great atmosphere. Evening meal was lovely too - all the food was great. Staff friendly and accommodating. Location excellent, room a good size, bed was comfortable. Shower room excellent. The hotel has markets during the week selling lovely food and plenty of pubs. The hotel does specials on drinks. Good selection of food available.

I had a delightful stay at Borough in Lancaster. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the town. The spacious room was cozy and the shower was excellent. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room rate was also very reasonable, offering great value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay with our group of friends at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the centre of the city and close to the hospital, which was the purpose of our visit. The room was beautiful, spacious, and had all the creature comforts we could ask for. The bathroom was clean and modern, with a great selection of tea and coffee. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, even bringing complimentary drinks to our room. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of choices. a fantastic experience.

That the bar service could be a bit slow at times.

Our stay at The Borough was fantastic! We were visiting Lancaster for a few days and the hotel was perfectly located, within walking distance of all the attractions we wanted to see. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the room was just the right size for our needs. Despite being in the city center, the room was quiet and comfortable, and we slept like logs on the huge, comfy bed. The hotel had a great vibe, and we loved the quirky decor. We also heard great things about the food, even though we didn't get a chance to try it ourselves.

We enjoyed our city trip and had a great stay in the hotel. The staff were very friendly and offered complimentary cleaning wipes and gel in our room. The location was perfect as it was close to shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the personalized print out of the available amenities left for us in the room. Plus, the bed was very comfy and we slept well.

We would have preferred to dine in the hotel but couldn't due to a fully booked function. It may be helpful if they kept a couple of tables for guests.
