I recently stayed at this hotel for our honeymoon and I must say the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Cindy, Taylor, and Kennedy went out of their way to ensure we had a fantastic experience. The location was great and the hotel was always clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable and the check-in process was smooth. We even received a lovely surprise with snacks and wine to celebrate our anniversary. it was a fantastic stay.

There was nothing I didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants nearby and everything we needed within close proximity. The hotel facilities were top-notch, particularly the rooftop terrace with live music which provided a great atmosphere. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the modern bathroom was a nice touch. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, with well-maintained rooms and impeccable towels and bed linens. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and I particularly enjoyed the rooftop bar. The staff, especially Kennedy at the front desk, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The Level7 bar was absolutely beautiful, and the service was outstanding. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and we loved how convenient the location was. It was a short walk to a variety of restaurants and bars, and we even had a Harris Teeter nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained. the staff made us feel welcome and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, with plenty of walking options in the surrounding neighborhood. The valet service was excellent and all members of our group made it to the airport on time. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful entrance and the staff were very hospitable.

There were a couple of negative aspects during our stay. the breakfast was a disappointment, especially considering the hotel's claim of European styling.

Our stay at Ac Hotel was amazing. The shower gel smelled great and the bed was very comfortable. Although we wished the room had more color, it didn't ruin our experience. we loved everything and would definitely visit again.

The staff were incredibly professional and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. They even surprised me with two free drinks when I mentioned how tired I was from my travels. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the city and enjoy a lovely night out. Everything we needed was within walking distance, and it felt like we were teenagers again, carefree and enjoying the town.
