loved the room with 2 beds and a bath, plus a kitchenette. Just everything we needed! the staff tried to assist, but their efforts were not helpful. 🙂

The room was cozy but had everything we needed, and the big TV was a hit with my daughter. The view outside was stunning, and being close to Times Square was a huge plus. We enjoyed the $25 restaurant credit and the two welcome drinks - a sweet deal. The only downside was the slightly slow elevator during peak times, but it didn't faze us at all! 🌟

It was so close to Broadway, so we got to see two amazing shows and felt like true New Yorkers walking around Times Square. The street-level eatery offered delicious signature specialties crafted from sustainable, locally sourced ingredients, and the chic property's location just a few steps away from the Broadway theaters was perfect for exploring the city.

The room was the size of a closet, and the upgradeable rooms were not much larger.

Great location with easy access to Times Square and main attractions, close to public transportation, including trains and taxis. Rooftop lounge with balcony and great views. Free cocktails upon arrival and $25 credit to use at the bar or snack area.

The private terrace was a highlight for relaxation, and the water pressure in the shower was amazing. the entertainment nearby, such as Broadway and the New York Public Library, along with the shopping at Macy's and landmarks like the Chrysler Building, added to a memorable family bonding experience.
