I love the unique lobby set up of Aloft! My room had an amazing, modern layout. Although the shower lacked shelf space like in some of the other rooms, the staff was very accommodating with extra amenities. I'd definitely recommend!

Almost perfect. Noise level was a bit high, with thin walls that allowed us to hear everything happening around us. Some maintenance issues with the sliding doors in the bathroom and closet, which made loud noises when opened.

As a solo traveler, I absolutely loved my stay at this upscale yet comfortable hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short drive away from Pinecrest in Beachwood, OH. The property itself was beautiful, with great color schemes and facilities. The games area with free pool, Pacman, and board games was a nice touch. The sliding bathroom door with a full-length mirror was a cool touch, although it could have been improved with soft-close stoppers. I had a really great experience staying here for a few days. The location was perfect for me. It's right next to the world headquarters of a really well-known and respected brand, and it's in an area that's filled with lots of great shops and services. Plus, the staff here provided me with excellent service - especially the front desk staff. They were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. It was really nice to have an indoor swimming pool and fitness center on site, too. And, the in-room amenities like the tea and coffee facilities and the ironing facilities were definitely appreciated.

I would recommend this place to family and friends without hesitation.

Located in an upscale Cleveland suburb, this hotel is conveniently close to everything. The hotel is close to the brand new world headquarters for the Eaton Corporation which is a hundred year old company in the Cleveland area. The hotel offers hospitable service with spacious spotless rooms and luxurious bathrooms. The hotel has a clean atmosphere with super friendly staff and it offers a tasty breakfast along with many useful facilities.

One of the hotel's services needs improvement.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The layout and furnishing were excellent, with a unique and colorful color scheme. The glass bathroom shower was awesome, and the rooms were set up nicely. The bed was very comfortable, and we were even able to travel with our 2 Boston Terriers. The hotel provided shampoo and body wash that smelled nice, and the linens were plush and comfortable. The staff at the front desk was excellent, especially Rox, who exhibited dedication, professionalism, and unwaivering kindness in assisting us with amenities and helping us recover some items we had left behind. The location was also convenient, being close to the world headquarters of the Eaton Corporation, a hundred-year-old company in this area.

During our recent Easter weekend getaway, we had a great time at a hotel in Beachwood. Two things that stood out were the spacious rooms and the friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were comfortable and provided ample space for our family. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure a smooth check-in process and were always available to assist us with any questions or concerns. Additionally, the hotel's key location made it convenient for us to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. It was a great advantage to have everything within close proximity.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved upon. as a pet-friendly hotel, we noticed a slight odor of urine when we entered our room.

The value for money at Aloft was great, with a funky and well-designed room that had a super comfortable bed. The location was perfect for exploring Cleveland, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
